1. Introduction

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) bv888 account only. Registering multiple accounts – whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address – constitutes a breach of these Terms. bv888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held across those accounts upon discovery of a multiple-account violation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration. This includes your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC, your active Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. Any winnings generated in an account registered with false information may be voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bv888 account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes. bv888 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. Any activity on your bv888 account – including deposits, withdrawals, and bets – is deemed to have been conducted by you unless you have reported unauthorised access to bv888 support in writing without undue delay.

3.4 KYC Verification

All bv888 accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before withdrawals are processed. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC accepted) and confirmation of your payment method. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bv888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bv888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – the payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the bv888 account holder.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on bv888 is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa) and Rs 500 for bank transfer methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum transaction limits are displayed in the bv888 account cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method and account verification status.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed after completion of KYC verification. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) typically complete within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within the same business day for verified accounts. bv888 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

4.4 Declined Transactions

bv888 reserves the right to decline or delay any transaction that triggers fraud detection, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance checks, or identity verification requirements. Funds involved in a declined or held transaction will not be lost; bv888 will communicate the reason for the hold and the steps required to resolve it.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available through bv888 are subject to the specific terms stated on the respective promotion page at the time the offer is claimed. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters exclusively relating to that promotion.

• Bonuses are awarded in PKR to your bv888 account balance as either a real-money bonus or a ring-fenced bonus balance, as specified per promotion.
• Wagering requirements, if applicable, must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x) applied to the bonus amount.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash without meeting applicable wagering requirements, or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• bv888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or regulatory requirement to do so.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on bv888 is conducted according to the rules applicable to each specific product, as published on the relevant section of the bv888 platform. General rules applicable across all bv888 products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after confirmation except where a specific "cash out" function is available and exercised within the permitted window.
• In the event of a technical error that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, bv888 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes to the affected account.
• Odds and game conditions displayed at the time a bet is placed are the operative terms for that bet. Subsequent changes to odds do not affect confirmed bets.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL, international fixtures, and bilateral series, are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.).
• All RNG games on bv888 use certified random number generation. The certified RTP for each slot or table game is displayed on the game information screen.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bv888 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the bv888 platform in any manner not available to ordinary human users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage not available through normal play.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly PKR caps on deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: A 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day temporary account suspension. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place any bets.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent account closure. Once requested, self-exclusion is processed without delay and the account is locked. bv888 will not send any marketing communications to a self-excluded account holder.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bv888 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

bv888's total liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising from these Terms or your use of the bv888 platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your bv888 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bv888 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or free from error at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. bv888 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

11. Privacy

12. Amendments to These Terms
